Description

Taste notes: Ruby red, medium body, high acidity wine. Aromas and flavors: Black cherry, blackcurrant, baked dark fruit, tomato leaf, black pepper, vanilla, mushroom, tobacco.

Food pairing: We recomment trying dishes like lamp chops, ribeye steak and the traditional Cypriot lamp souvla.

Vinification: Seven days skin contact, fermentation at 22-24 Celsius, Malolactic fermentation.
